Brew and Feed to Spice Up Blacktoberfest with Limited Edition Spice Blend

Brew and Feed will release a limited edition spice blend at Blacktoberfest, an amazing celebration of beer, food, art and entertainment held in Durham, NC at Durham Bottling Company on October 22nd from 6pm-10pm.

The Blacktoberfest Spice Blend is herby and mildly smoky with a subdued sweetness from granulated molasses and it has a smooth earthiness from the garlic and onion. It is made with New Mexico lumbre chile powder, granulated molasses, smoked hickory salt, demerara sugar, red bell pepper, black pepper, marjoram, chipotle, paprika, orange, thyme, garlic, onion, sage.

Brew and Feed recommends using the blend on baby back ribs, pork chops, smoked brisket or baked, grilled, smoked or air fried chicken.
