Brew and Feed delivers premium pop-up catering experiences featuring chef-prepared Smokehouse Experience, Seafood Experience, Burger Service or custom menus upon request. We provide assisted buffet style*, onsite food catering primarily at partner venues like breweries, cideries and wineries.
Experience plates feature one of our four signature, chef-prepared plates:
1. The Smokehouse Experience: A platter of slow-smoked meats and authentic, savory sides.
2. The Seafood Experience: A fresh and vibrant plate of grilled or smoked seafood, a starch and seasonal vegetables.
3. The Burger Service Experience: Cheeseburgers or Hamburgers with lettuce, tomato and onion, fries and ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise for condiments.
4. Bite Flight Experience: Bite Flight Experiences feature four expertly crafted small plates paired with four samples of beer, wine, or Brew and Feed's craft soda served on our signature Bite Flight Tray — a custom-built tasting experience you won’t find anywhere else.
ABOUT OUR PROCESS
The Prep: Food is prepped in our commercial kitchen and transported at food safe temperatures to the event location.
The Cook: Food is cooked onsite prior to the event so it is as fresh as can be and the smells from the cook can permeate the experience.
The Setup: Food is displayed in chafing dishes on a long table, similar to a standard buffet.
The Service: Catering staff stand behind the buffet line. Guests walk the line with their plates, and the staff portions the food onto the plate for them. We can also do drop off service. Drop off service is when we leave the food in disposable chafers and disposable plates, bowls and utensils.
The Choice: Guests still dictate what they want (e.g., "I'll take the ribs, but skip the mac-n-cheese"), but they never handle the serving utensils themselves.
