Black Pepper
Black pepper is a flowering vine cultivated for its peppercorn fruit, which is dried and used in our spices and seasoning. It is native to South India, and cultivated there and in other tropical regions. Vietnam is the world's largest producer and exporter of pepper, producing 34% of the world's crop, as of 2013. It is used in quite a few of our spice blends and rubs, most notably our Gourmet Pepper, Roasted Pepper Garlic Pepper and Lemon Pepper blends.
