Brown Mustard

Brown Mustard is the seed of the mustard plant whose leave can also be eaten and are commonly called Mustard Greens. Brown mustard seeds have an enhanced flavor and produce a more pronounced mustard taste and are more spicy than yellow mustard seeds. Our Heat Seeker Burger Blend contains crushed brown mustard along with roasted garlic, toasted onion, molasses, coarse sea salt, lime zest, black pepper, shallots powder, ancho, chipotle and guajillo.
