BREAKING NEWS: Brew and Feed Collaborates with High Branch Brewing
Brew and Feed has linked up with High Branch Brewing of Concord, North Carolina to release a new spice blend combo pack in conjunction with a beer release.
Brew and Feed plans to release the new combo pack alongside of DayFire Session IPA, one of our craft beer recipes that is being brewed by @highbranchbeer. Stay tuned for the release soon. In the meantime here’s an overview of the spice blends that will be included in the combo pack.
HOPPY CITRUS BLEND: This blend is something special. It's called Hoppy Citrus Blend and also goes by Hoppy Citrus Sucker Punch. It's full of bright citrus flavors and loaded with aromatic hops. We love it on corn on the cob but you can try it on everything from chicken to watermelon salad and pair with DayFire Session IPA for a refreshing mealtime!
SMOKY CITRUS SALT: This blend has citrus flavor with just a hint of smokiness from the smoked Sea Salt that is blended in. It is hand blended from sea salt, orange, lemon, black pepper, smoked hickory salt, lime and ginger. This blend is best on grilled fish or chicken, shrimp stir fries, roasted vegetables and even on the rim of a margarita glass.
CITRUS STEAK BLEND: Citrus Steak Seasoning is a Latin Caribbean inspired blend. It’s aromatic, spicy, sweet, tart with mild citrus flavors. It will make great burgers, steaks, chicken or seafood to pair with DayFire.
CITRUS GINGER STIR FRY: This blend is a citrus ginger stir fry seasoning. It's blended with ginger, pepper flakes, cayenne, pepper, sea salt, minced garlic, citric acid, chives, sesame seed, minced onion, demerara sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and organic lime juice powder.
