Inspired by the rolling waves of the Atlantic and the free-spirited, laid-back vibe of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this vibrant mocktail captures the essence of a perfect coastal getaway in a single glass.
The deep, electric blue color instantly evokes the beauty of the ocean, while the bright splash of lime juice mimics a crisp, refreshing sea breeze.
Balanced with the fizzy energy of club soda, this drink is an ode to warm sand, shag dancing by the boardwalk, and the care-free, sun-drenched spirit of the Grand Strand.
It’s coastal paradise, served over ice.
Ingredients
-
2 oz Master of Mixes Blue Curaçao (Alcohol-Free Liqueur)
-
1 oz (2 tbsp) Master of Mixes Lime Juice
-
8 to 10 oz (approx. 1 generous cup) Kroger Club Soda
-
Ice cubes
Directions
- Prepare your glass(es): Fill one large 16 oz pint glass (or two standard 8 oz glasses) with plenty of ice.
Pour the base: Add the 2 oz of Blue Curaçao and 1 oz of lime juice over the ice.
Add the fizz: Top things off with 8 to 10 oz of Club Soda, depending on how strong or sweet you want the flavor to be.
Stir and serve: Give it a gentle stir from the bottom up to lift the syrup and turn the whole drink into that signature ocean blue color.
