Brew and Feed Releases Dayfire Session IPA for the North Carolina Market

Brew and Feed is releasing its Dayfire Session IPA to the North Carolina market On April 3, 2023.

Dayfire Session IPA is a recipe that was formulated by brewmaster, Robert Moreland, who is an avid camper and backyard homechef, to be enjoyed around a campfire, backyard fire or while cooking on the grill.

Dayfire is light, easy drinking and bursting with citrus flavor so you do not have to sacrifice flavor while having a couple of these with friends.

Dayfire Session IPA is lighter in body and alcohol content than a traditional IPA, while still packing a lot of hop flavor and aroma. This beer style is characterized by bright and juicy citrus notes from the hops and addition of real orange peel. The bitterness of the hops is balanced by a mild sweet malt backbone, resulting in an easy-drinking and refreshing beer. This brew is 4.9% ABV and has 48 IBUs.

FOOD PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Lemon Pepper Blend is a great complementary paring with Dayfire IPA because it has a zesty and tangy citrus character. For a contrast pairing try Memphis Style Rub is savory and has a little kick of heat so Dayfire would be a great way to balance this bled on your palate.
