With Brew and Feed Memphis Style Rub you can make delicious Memphis style ribs without having to be a trained chef or a pit master.
Directions
- Preheat oven or grill to 300 degrees F
- Remove the membrane/silver skin on the bone side of the ribs. According to FineCooking.com, to remove the membrane "slide a table knife under the membrane anywhere along the rack. If it resists in one spot, try another. Lift and loosen it with the knife until you can grab it with a paper towel. Pull it off the ribs; it should peel away in one large sheet, but if it breaks, use the knife to restart at another section."
- Next, spray or rub the ribs down with a light coating of vegetable oil and rub Brew and Feed Memphis Style Rub all over the ribs.
- Cook for two hours or until the ribs are tender and juicy and crispy on the outside. The recommended internal temperature for ribs in 190 degrees F.
