Spicy Thai Seasoning is spicy hot with a decent kick, and hints of herbiness and citrus and is great on shrimp and makes for an incredible shrimp and rice bowl. It's hand blended from garlic, onion, paprika, lemon, coriander, hot cayenne, white pepper, basil, lemongrass and cilantro.
Rinse and then cook one cup of long grain rice with chicken broth and a tablespoon of Spicy Thai Seasoning per the instructions of the rice brand.
Steam or roast 3 chopped bell peppers and shallots until softened.
In a medium sized bowl coat a pound of uncooked shrimp in a mixture of 1/4 cup of olive oil, two tablespoons of Spicy Thai Seasoning and a half teaspoon of kosher salt.
Broil the shrimp at 500 degrees in an oven for 5 minutes, turn the shrimp over and cook for 3 more minutes or until desired doneness.
Add rice, bell peppers, shallots and shrimp to a bowl in the desired portions. This should serve four people with about 5 shrimp each depending on the size of your shrimp.
