Air Fryer Garlic Fries

An air fryer is essentially a convection oven. The convection oven was invented in 1915 but was commercialized until 1945. They circulate air inside the oven chamber to cook food more evenly and faster.
When, using a convection oven be sure to avoid putting too much food into it because that will block the airflow and reduce the effectiveness of the oven. This means you may have to cook food in batches if you are cooking for a lot of people so plan ahead to make sure you are cooking food in the right order and have a plan for how to keep the earlier batched warm.
