Ingredients

16 ounces of elbow macaroni, cooked
2 cups of 4% milk fat cottage cheese
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces of sour cream
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon of salt
Paprika

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2-quart casserole or baking dish.
Cook macaroni following package directions and drain.
Combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, egg and salt in a bowl. Fold in macaroni. Spoon into the casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
