4 slices of sourdough bread

4 tablespoons of cream cheese

4 ounces of smoked salmon

1 tablespoon capers

2 tablespoons of diced red onion
Directions
Toast 4 slices of sourdough (or your favorite) bread
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each piece of toast
Top toast with 1 ounce of smoked salmon
Sprinkle capers and diced onions atop each slice of toast
