The Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich is popular among kids. In America, the average kid will eat 1500 of them before graduating high school. You don’t have to stop enjoying this tasty treat just because you grew up and now have responsibilities. Here’s a recipe for for a grown up.

Toasted Peanut Butter & Jelly and Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Two Slices of Sourdough Bread

  • Two slides of thick cut bacon

  • Extra crunchy peanut butter

  • Pepper jelly

Directions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread to your desired toast.

  2. Cook thick cut bacon till it is just crispy enough so it will break apart apart with each bite.

  3. Spread extra crunchy peanut butter on one piece of the toast and pepper jelly on the other. 

  4. Put the two pieces of bread together with the peanut butter and jelly facing inward and the bacon between the two to form a sandwich.
