Pulled Pork is a style of barbecue in the southern United States make with slow cooked pork shoulder which is sometimes called pork butt. It's cooked slow in a slow cooker, oven or on a grill then shredded apart with forks or special handheld shredders made specifically for shredded or pulling pork.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Ketchup

4 lbs. Bon In Pork Butt or Pork Shoulder
- 4 cups Chicken Broth

2 Tbsp Brew and Feed Applewood Chipotle Rub
Directions
Season with Applewood Chipotle Seasoning
Heat grill or oven to 350 degrees
Cook the pork butt or shoulder for 30 minutes at 350
Mix the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Brew and Feed Applewood Chipotle Rub together in a bowl and stir to blend together.
Put the pork into a disposable aluminum roasting pan and add the chicken broth mixture to the pan.
Reduce the temperature of the grill or oven to 250 and cook for 5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees.
Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before shredding.
Use Brew and Feed Whiskey or Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce as dipping sauce.
