Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wingettes
- 1 teaspoon of chopped Italian Flat-leaf Parsley for garnish
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup of water

2 tablespoons Brew and Feed Applewood Chipotle Rub
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 1 cup (Real) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Buttermilk (as needed To desired consistency)
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients
- Marinate chicken 2-3 hours or overnight in Applewood Chipotle seasoning mixture
- Throw out left over marinade
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Applewood Chipotle season mixture
- Preheat grill to medium high, direct heat
- Grill chicken turning occasionally until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 45 minutes. (Optionally, bake at 450 for 40 minutes, turning after the first 20 minutes. Broil on top shelf at 500 for two minutes to give your wings a little char.) Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees
Ranch Dressing
- Mince the garlic with a knife and then sprinkle about an 1/8 to ¼ teaspoons of salt on it and mash it into a paste with a fork
- Chop the parsley, chives and any of the optional herbs very finely and add to the garlic
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, tasting frequently and adjusting seasonings as needed.
- Chill for a couple of hours before serving, thin with milk or buttermilk if desired
- Garnish with chopped parsley
Recipe Note
Vegan Ranch Dressing Option
Replace the mayonnaise with vegan mayonnaise and replace the sour cream with vegan sour cream. Also, instead of buttermilk use unsweetened soy milk.
